Lodging Info: 

• On Base Lodging:  The group confirmation number for the "2011 AF Services Society Reunion Group" is 20590094619. Please call 228-377-5110 or 228-377-4900 to make your reservations.

Airport Info:  

• The local airport is Gulfport/Biloxi symbol is "GPT" if you are flying in.

AFSS Business Meeting: 

• Saturday, 8 Oct 11. 0800-1200. First Floor of the Bay Breeze Event Center (BBEC) in the Community Center meeting room. Light breakfast items available in the golf course snack bar down the hall.

AFSS Social/Dinner: 

• Friday, 7 Oct 11. 1800—1900 social hour, 1900 -2000 dinner available. Second Floor Daedalian Room of the Bay Breeze Event Center (BBEC). Grill open for pay as you go menu (since not enough RSVP’s to support our own event dinner).

• Pay as you go entertainment available in the ballroom afterwards. Mr Jesse Hill, sings Frank Sinatra and others from that era. Show begins at 2000 hrs. ($8 club members, $10 non-members)

Activities:

• Fishing Boat: The big Keesler fishing boat is available 9 Oct. Must get 14 people and it's $100.00 a person. It leaves at 0700 and returns around 1700.  All tackle and bait is furnished. The boat has an air conditioned cabin with 8 bunks. If you want something to eat on the boat, they sell sandwiches and drinks at the marina or you can go to Popeye’s Chicken at the base gas station or Burger King or McDonalds off base through the Pass Road gate. • Golfers:  We need to know how many are interested so we can plan on some tee times.

• Casinos:  There is also time to go enjoy the local casinos and plus make plans for dinner with old friends in the local area if you want.

Friday, 5 October 2007 - Travel Day - Lodging Check in 3:00 PM.  See Desk Clerk for directions to facilities - maps may be available as needed

• 6:00PM Social Hour at the NCO Club - Casual Dress – Portable bar will be available and cost is $100.00 minimum sales.   Friendly photos and fun for all
• Special Invited Guest’s - Our Reunion Host, CMS Patrick S. Simmons 1st SVS/CEM Langley AFB 
• Other invitees include Colonel Steve R. Jones HQ ACC/A1-2, Colonel Brian C. Campbell HQ ACC/A1S, Mr. Mike J. Teal HQ ACC/A1S-2, CMS Donald T. Carney, HQ ACC/A1SEM and spouses.  AFSS guest meals have been arranged for by AFSS Executive Board (EB) members
• 7:00 PM Dinner -  Classic Club Buffet Menu - Cost is $21.18 per person.

• Dutch Breakfast - Casual Dress - 7:30 AM - Eagle Room Dining Facility
• AFSS Organization Business Meeting after Breakfast - Spouses are most welcome and may attend and participate 
• Arrangements for a tour or shopping as desired for spouses may also be arranged

Sunday, 7 October 2007 - Fun – Breakfast at the Golf Course Prior Tee Off Times to be Announced at Saturday Meeting for those interested

• Mr. Roy Tibbs & Mike Lambright have volunteered to set up a golf game for those interested in playing Saturday & Sunday.  Please make sure you notify Roy or Mike in advance so they can confirm the tee times – See POC’s and Phone Numbers above
• Non Golfers Breakfast/Brunch to be Announced at Saturday Meeting
• Recommended Tours Continued (Open for Suggestions from members)
• Shopping Tour for the spouses or whoever is interested (Open for Suggestions)
