Your Name:

(1) Are you attending the 5-8 October 2007 AFSS Reunion at Langley AFB, VA?
YES
NO

(2) Do you agree with having 5 (five) College Scholarships valued at $300.00 each for AFSS authorized members and the total amount being caped at $1500.00 per year for books only to be provided by the Secretary and Webmaster to the winners?
YES
NO

(3) Do you wish to Table the AFSS Cookbook Project until we have more recipes and history input or Cancel the Project due to lack of support? When we have ample recipes etc, we will use a cookbook fundraiser company to print the book once it's done so it won't cost us anything to produce.
YES Table Cookbook
NO Cancel Project

(4) Pete's Coins in San Antonio has offered AFSS a very fair deal on cost deferring to sales for making new coins for us on a Round Coin using our Pyramid Logo. Milton will get particulars to provide us. It is felt that Pete's work is more attractive to those who collect such coins and his work is exceptional. Do you want to order new coins that will be more attractive to the membership so we can sell some at the Reunion?
YES
NO

(5) Do you agree with providing one of our existing coins to the Schoolhouse # 1 Top Graduate? This would only be done until they are gone?
YES
NO

(6) If we know in advance of our Reunion how many members plan to attend and the numbers are at least 50 or more to include spouses and invited guest do we wish to have the entertainment suggested, Alexia which would cost $450.00.
YES
NO

(7) Do you have any topics to be addressed at the General Meeting, 6 October 2007.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.  Ed
