CMSgt Don Carney Retirement Ceremony

CMSgt Don Carney, AF Services Career Field Manager, had his retirement ceremony 16 Jul 2010 in the Secretary of the Air Force Conference Room, Pentagon, Washington DC.  Mr. Chuck Milam, Director of AF Services, presided over the ceremony and praised Chief Carney for a 26 year career.  The ceremony was attended by many old friends and co-workers, his parents and family.  Lou Proper was proud to be there to witness the end of an era.
