All AFSS Members - Call for Officer Nominations

 Our AFSS Executive Board members are looking for volunteers for the following position replacements - President, VP, Secretary and Marketing Consultant.  We will accept volunteers and make our recommendations to the membership accordingly for their vote.  Experience in accounting and recent programs for doing the AFSS business is important for maintaining accurate record keeping.  It would be nice to have two position available each working in the Treasurer and Secretary positions vs. just having one person.  Any current member or person who would like to join AFSS and apply for one of the positions should contact the President Edward G.  We need to hear from interested personnel who wish to make a difference in our AFSS organization and continue the support of our Air Force Services personnel.  Send your applications to be a member of an exciting Air Force Team, the AFSS Executive Board and become a Volunteer in making AFSS Stronger and Better.  I must admit, I do not think anyone wishes to see AFSS Fail.  If we cannot get volunteers for the position requirements, then Article 13, Dissolution Clause of our By-Laws come into effect and the organization will be terminated.  All proceeds with be equally divided up between the Air Force village in San Antonio TX and the Air Force Village in Fort Walton FL.  Again, I hope this will not become what we have established for our heritage and for many of us, a life’s work.  Thank You.
